Job Summary

The Full Time MBA program in the David Eccles School of Business is seeking an office assistant to help with our career management program-related tasks and reception duties.

Attend to needs regarding interview coordination, welcome, check-in, admissions, recruitment, office administration, mass mailing, catering, and student services within the Career Mgt Center.


Minimum Qualifications


- Must be current University of Utah student enrolled in full time coursework

- High School diploma or equivalency required.

- Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.

- Ability to work in high stress situations and without supervision.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


The ideal candidate is an outgoing, friendly, approachable individual who is detail oriented, organized, patient, adaptable, and has a positive attitude.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Salesforce CRM .

- This employee must feel comfortable greeting and networking with students and employers during events and work hours.

- Should be comfortable answering and directing phone calls.

- Student should express a desire to work in a professional environment.
