Job Summary

Plans, implements and coordinates various details associated with meetings, seminars, conferences, educational training, social events, and other related activities.

Responsibilities

Respond to on-campus leads for services.

Facilitates deliveries of rental equipment for events on campus.

Coordinate space, AV and catering elements for campus group Campus events.

Organize and file all equipment needs for events and deliveries.

Plan with Venue Operations to schedule crew members for event needs.

Provide Front Desk backup support as needed.

Schedule is flexible and will be worked out with the manager.

Minimum Qualifications

One year experience or experience working with and organizing events, social schedules, conferences, etc., or equivalency; demonstrated human relations and communication skills; and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required. 45 wpm typing may be required in some departments. Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
