Responsible for the overall planning, management, and administration of the CCure Security and Access Control system for the University both on and off campus. Assist in the development of the campus-wide system design. Configures system to accommodate individual departmental needs while fitting in with the University system design.

1. Assist in the management of the CCure security and access control system.
2. Act as point of contact for University and non-University department system users.
3. Coordinate with Public Safety Dispatch on system alarms and server connectivity.
4. Generate access and system activity reports as requested.
5. Program CCure iSTAR panels to ensure latest firmware upgrades.
6. Assist with software troubleshooting for all system users.
7. Assist in software training for departmental users.
8. Coordinate repairs with University Electronics Shop ensuring proper software performance.
9. Develop new events, clearances and privileges as departments move or change.
10. Assist with software system upgrades, maintenance, and ensuring overall system performance.
11. Perform final walkthrough and final testing on CCure installations.
Requires an associate’s degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
