Job Summary

Manage all aspects of ticket operations for Gymnastics and Volleyball, daily ticket order processing, assist in the management of ticket operations for Men’s Basketball, Football, Gymnastics and Special Events, management and scheduling of 10-15 part-time student employees, scheduling and management of event ticket office staff, responsible for daily financial balance of window sales and assist Director of Ticketing in other areas as assigned.


•Manage all ticket operations for Women’s Gymnastics & Women’s Volleyball.

•Manage daily office operations

•Office cleanliness

•Daily cash count

•Part-Time and Event staffing

•Training (event/non event employees)

•Oversee employee customer service

•Oversee daily printing/mailing

•Manage & setup ticket office emails

•Update & manage ticket office website

•Oversee office on event days

•Build events and assist with database maintenance inAXSTicketing System

Minimum Qualifications

One year previous box office, customer service, and supervisory experience or related experience required; superior interpersonal skills both in management and group decision-making along with organizational, written and oral communications skills; and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required.

Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred.
