The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility is seeking a board-eligible/certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist with outstanding research, teaching and clinical credentials. Will work in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and the Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Hospitals and Clinics of the University of Utah Health Sciences Center and select Intermountain Healthcare facilities. The applicant will join a growing division featuring the Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine, and an active fellowship program (currently 2REIfellows), aSART-affiliated reproductive endocrinology and infertility division with broad clinical responsibilities for three tertiary healthcare centers and for the Intermountain West Region at large. Basic scientific, genetic, novel drug delivery, translational and clinical research opportunities are available and research productivity is expected. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a reproductive endocrinology and infertility practice and participate in a successful group practiceIVFprogram.
As a Women’s Center of Excellence site, the new faculty member will participate and provide leadership in the academically oriented, innovative clinical care, research and educational programs of the department. The successful candidate must value communication and team building, productive interdepartmental and multi-centered research interactions, resident and medical student education, as well as the provision of outstanding clinical care. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate leadership in expanding the research and training missions of the division and department.
