We are looking for staff to fulfill a student part-time position in the Accounting Department, responsible for performing data entry, invoice matching and reconciliation, general office duties, and assisting with other Accounts Payable processes.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority

Matching invoices and receiving, keying invoices into the MBS system for our check runs,

Credit balance reports

Research projects

Pull documents for the check run

Assist Associate Accountants as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a current University of Utah student.

This is an entry level job, training will be provided.
