Job Summary

Accompany creative/modern and ballet classes at studios on University campus, satellite locations in Bountiful, Sandy, Park City, Salt Lake City and Arts-in-Education sites.

Responsibilities

Accompany departmental classes, auditions and rehearsals. Continuously research and build appropriate repertoire. May serve as an assistant accompanist or musician for departmental rehearsals, performances, guest instructors and choreographers. May perform supervisory duties. If hired for satellite or Arts-in-Ed sites, must have own reliable transportation.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in piano (preferably as an accompanist for a dance class), and demonstrated communications skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service is required.
