Job Summary

•Maintain ledger- record and document company financial transactions

•Review vendor invoices, expense claim reports and check supporting documents for accuracy

•Manage bank accounts – preparing outgoing payments and managing incoming payments

•Support preparation of financial statements, budgets and forecasts

•Preparation and filing of any financial information to be submitted to government bureaus or organizations.

•Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

•Assist with payroll administration

This position is considered Category I: Mandatory and required on campus or health care facilities to support on-site operations. Employees hired into this category will be required to be physically located at the work site if they are healthy and without COVID -19 symptoms.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, plus one year related experience or equivalency required. A thorough understanding of general ledger accounting practices, cost analysis and accounting principles, as well as demonstrated analytical, problem solving, human relations and effective communication skills also required.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft or Access databases may be preferred in some areas.

•Minimum 2 years working experiences in similar role preferably from MNC environment.

•Excellent command of written and spoken English

• CPA is preferred
