Job Summary

The Associated Students of the University of Utah (ASUU) is seeking a part-time student assistant to help with general reception and clerical duties in the student government office located in the 234 Union Building. Various shifts are available between 8-5pm Monday through Friday and are to be scheduled for 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Assist in day to day operations ofASUU, including but not limited to greeting visitors, answering phones and emails, data entry, administrative support and other duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a current or incoming University of Utah student.

Preferences

Successful applicants will have strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and have familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
