The Executive Education department of the David Eccles School of Business is seeking a program assistant to help with program-related tasks.
Program-related tasks include preparing course materials, greeting and directing high-level executive customers, photocopying, preparing mailings, delivering documents to various campus locations, data-entry, writing and preparing formal letters, and assisting with event catering and logistics for events and programs.
Must be a University of Utah student.
Must feel comfortable networking with students during student events and classes. Should be comfortable answering phones calls in the office from prospective students and helping direct their calls.
The ideal candidate is an outgoing, friendly, approachable individual who is detail oriented, organized, patient, adaptable, and has a positive attitude. Student must be adaptable to changing circumstances. Student should express a desire to work in a professional environment.
