Provide administrative support to the administrative director and staff on division academic and research projects.
1. Assist in preparation and coordination of procedural matters regarding of an academic, research or administrative project.
2. Assist with office tasks including: filing,
scanning, sending faxes and creating folders/binders for projects.
3. Assist in the creation and distribution of program materials, forms, and general correspondence.
4. Work with research team to input data into online database.
