The Leung lab (www.globalguthealth.org) in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Utah is seeking a postdoc to work on translational immunology projects relating to mucosal infections. This position will include research on: 1) antimicrobial activity and transcriptional regulation of mucosal-associated invariant T (MAIT) cells, and 2) mucosal immune responses to cholera infection and vaccination. These projects may involve international travel to work in collaboration with scientists in cholera-endemic regions.
