The Front Desk Clerk greets guests, checks guests in/out of the hotel and assists guests with problems or concerns. May also work in Reservations when needed, assisting guests with reserving rooms.
The Front Desk Clerk works at the front desk of the hotel, checking guests in/out, assisting them with problems or concerns. Takes payments in cash, credit card, or campus orders. Answers phones and takes reservations, entering into reservation program. May assist with keeping Convenient Store stocked and straightened.

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Must be proficient in communicating in English, both orally and in writing.
Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and effective oral & written communication skills required.
Must have strong problem solving and trouble-shooting experience.
Customer service experience, in hotel setting, preferred. Must be professional.
This position requires a background check clearance, which is paid for by the department
