Job Summary

Provides office support for University Student Apartments Maintenance Department. Performs a variety of office duties involving the use of telephone, computer and two-way radio equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Answers incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system and also serves walk-in customers; disseminates all relevant information to appropriate personnel via telephone or two-way radio.

2. Generates and issues department work orders.

3. Receives, closes out and files completed department work orders

4. Performs a variety of other standard office work including data input and retrieval and other filing duties.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
