Job Summary

Assists the Director and Administrative Officer of the School of Dance in administrative office tasks as assigned.


Travel – work with onsite travel agency and Travel Office to book faculty, staff, student, and guest lecturers travel needs.

Building inventory

Work with Administrative Officer to do electronic filing of financial records.

Student Recruitment Packets working with faculty and marketing.

Assists in other general office tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.

*Knowledge of University systems a plus
