Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone. Provides general office support. Assist the School of Music Staff in various projects including routine office support, event set up and tear down and event support.
1. Greet and assists visitors in person or over the telephone
2. Provides general office support.
3. Receives, greets and directs visitors to appropriate person or office.
4. Assist with event set up and take down – move tables and chairs for events (some heavy lifting required.)
5. Event support.
6. Processes and distributes mail.
7. Answers questions about the organization and associated activities.
8. Assists with work processing, data entry and internet searches.
9. Assists with development projects.
10. Some clerical duties with assisting the facilities manager.
11. Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
