Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone. Provides general office support. Process course credit. Keeps documents up to date.
•Receives, greets and directs visitors to appropriate person or office.
•Answers telephones, providing assistance and directing customers to the correct person or office.
•Schedules appointments and arranges for meetings.
•Answers questions about the organization and associated activities.
•Maintains office equipment; arranges for service calls as needed.
•Prepares travel documents, coordinates travel for various people.
•Maintains maintenance on vehicles
•Processes credit forSUUorUSBE
•Maintain student and course records in student information system and Canvas Learning Management System
•Helps ensure proper inventory of department materials

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
Basic computer skills with experience in word processing, basic spreadsheets, and Google Docs.
