Assist program manager with Internal Communications tasks including posting articles and banners to Pulse, composing weekly News Roundup emails, using Pulse’s global email tool to send out system-wide communication, and responding to requests for Pulse stories or emails to be sent out. We are the internal communications team for all of U of U Health and strive to help our employees build awareness about their events and stories.
Working with our internal website Pulse to post stories, events, and banners.
Sending out system-wide emails using Pulse’s global email tool.
Creating short videos on monthly nutrition tips and other news highlights every few weeks.
Organizing the weekly flyers for the elevator cases at the main hospital.
Responding to requests for internal marketing and communications.

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite andCMS
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop) a major plus.
