Days & hours vary, shifts available 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Minimum of 24 hr./wk., possibly 40 hr./wk., depending upon hotel occupancy. Includes some weekends and holidays if needed. Prefer to schedule 8 hour shifts.

Job Summary

The Bellman will assist guests with luggage, provide shuttle services to area locations and will serve as concierge for the hotel.

Responsibilities

The Bellman demonstrates the ability to prioritize and change course of action quickly, being flexible. Have a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Provides outstanding guest service. Assists guests with luggage, concierge service, and stocking hotel convenience store. Must have valid driver’s license.

This position requires a successful background check, paid for by the department.

Minimum Qualifications

Depending on the area of assignment, may be required to have a valid Utah Drivers License and/or a Basic Life Support Health Care Provider card or obtain one within one month of hire. Must demonstrate human relations and effective communication skills. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.

Preferences

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both speaking and writing. Customer service experience preferred.
