Designs and executes graphic artwork and design by interpreting and transforming concepts and ideas into professional visual material for a variety of mediums, including (but not limited to): educational programs, web content,HTMLe-mails, and publications or publicity and promotional activities.
1. Designs and produces graphics, specific promotional and print-oriented materials.
2. Visualizes and executes most effective conceptual ideas within budgetary constraints and guidelines.
3. Interprets and transforms raw concepts and ideas developed by other personnel into descriptive visual and graphic materials in varying formats.
4. Works with clients to ascertain needs and explain possible options available.

Associate’s degree in a related area or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education) required. Two years professional graphics experience (or equivalency) and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills required. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Illustration or a related field preferred.
