Job Summary

Greets visitors at the Eccles Broadcast Center (EBC); provides general clerical support for theUITdepartment and otherEBCdepartments. This position is 20 hrs/week; M-F afternoons.

Responsibilities

- Staffs theEBCAtrium Reception desk and answers telephones, and direct and assist guests.

- Provides general office support such as greeting and directing visitors, and handling incoming calls.

- Maintains conference room schedule forEBCmeetings and conferences.

- Orders and maintains supplies for department.

- Arrange and monitor parking moratoriums.

- Provides miscellaneous clerical support as needed for theCIOandUITLeadership team and multiple Eccles Broadcast Center departments.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency required. Four years full time secretarial experience or equivalency, word processing and spreadsheet software skills and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.

Knowledge of business writing preferred.

Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Preferences

Customer Service experience critical. Microsoft Word and Excel, and calendaring experience preferred.
