Provides support to faculty of theMBAOnline program. Assists with building and quality-assurance testing of online course materials. Works directly with faculty, instructional designers, and students.
Assist faculty of theMBAOnline program to build new course materials in Canvas.
Proof, detect and correct graduate-level finance course materials
Create course assignments, quizzes, and exams in Canvas
Grading of online discussions, quizzes, papers, and exams
Assist with QA testing of Canvas course
Participate in live webinars with students
Assist with student support via email, phone, etc.

Three years experience as a classroom assistant in a related academic area, or equivalency; knowledge and understanding of a variety of teaching methods in order to adjust activities/training session to include participants of different ages; a thorough knowledge of related academic subjects in order to participate in developing classroom activities/programs; and demonstrated knowledge of teaching methods and communication skills to conduct educational activities and/or training sessions in a clear and concise manner required. Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are also required.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Graduate or PhD level candidates preferred. Strong background in subject matter required. Course Topics include Organizations Behavior, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Attention to detail. Ability to follow directions and meet hard deadlines. Ability to work independently and with others. Experience with Canvas a plus.
