Prepares, verifies and enters data into computerized information systems.
5 – 10 hours per week
1.Assists with creating and maintaining student files.
2.Survey tracking through Qualtrics.
3.Enters information from historical scanned surveys and on-going surveys into computerized information system using Excel software.
4.Reviews input against source survey documents for accuracy and edits as needed. Consults with supervisor when questions of accuracy and completeness are raised.
5.Maintains document master files for backup and verification.
6.May be required to run queries and reports, including graphs of relevant data.
7.Other duties as needed for program projects.
Two years data entry experience or equivalency required (1 year of college education is equivalent to 2 years of related work experience). Proficiency in the use of data entry equipment and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are also required. The hiring department may require a minimum typing ability.
