Job Summary

Oversees the collection, compilation, and input of Academic Division information. Analyzes and summarizes Academic Division information. Prepares reports. Makes recommendations to administrators based on analysis of Academic Division information.

Responsibilities

  • Assigning and validating tuition differentials for all courses
  • Assigning and validating course fees
  • Assigning and validating program fees (there are two: the traditional baccalaureate program [$500] and the distance students [$400])
  • Curriculum changes and upgrades, including;

  • Changes to programs of study.

  • Changes to courses (may include descriptions, prerequisites and new numbers in the event of the generation of new courses).
  • Updates to Dashboard accordingly.
  • Room scheduling for classes and final exams
  • General catalogue communications / upgrades
  • Maintaining changes in Dashboard (e.g. programs of study)
  • Interface with curriculum system (Kauli)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education). Two years experience in collecting, organizing analyzing, and presenting data; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.
