Oversees the collection, compilation, and input of Academic Division information. Analyzes and summarizes Academic Division information. Prepares reports. Makes recommendations to administrators based on analysis of Academic Division information.
- Assigning and validating tuition differentials for all courses
- Assigning and validating course fees
- Assigning and validating program fees (there are two: the traditional baccalaureate program [$500] and the distance students [$400])
Curriculum changes and upgrades, including;
Changes to programs of study.
- Changes to courses (may include descriptions, prerequisites and new numbers in the event of the generation of new courses).
- Updates to Dashboard accordingly.
- Room scheduling for classes and final exams
- General catalogue communications / upgrades
- Maintaining changes in Dashboard (e.g. programs of study)
- Interface with curriculum system (Kauli)

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education). Two years experience in collecting, organizing analyzing, and presenting data; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.
