Provides support to faculty of theMBAprograms and Executive Education. Assists with building and quality assurance testing of course materials. Works directly with faculty, instructional designers, and students. Coordinates curriculum design, development and delivery for department, professional and/or community educational programs, including ongoing program assessment and improvement. Presents curricula, assembles presentations, prepares materials and supports or facilitates classes, workshops, seminars and other training services. Hire and manage teaching assistants.
•Plan, implement and ensure quality of classes by communicating with and making appropriate arrangements for the faculty, as well as arranging logistics for the students. This includes IT and equipment, course materials, classroom environment and any issues related to student and faculty needs for classes.
•Coordinate curriculum design, development and delivery forMBAprograms and Executive Education.
•Assist faculty of theMBAprograms and Executive Education to build course materials.
•Proof, detect, and correct graduate level course materials.
•Research, as required by the faculty.
•Create course assignments, quizzes, and exams in Canvas.
•Grading of online discussions, quizzes, papers, and exams.
•QA testing of Canvas course.
•Participate in live webinars with students.
•Assist with student support via email, phone, etc.
•Maintains and analyzes data pertaining to program participants and efficacy.
•Acts as department liaison to program participants, community members and/or external organizations.
•This position generally works independently but will also direct the work activities of teaching assistants. May assist in supporting other areas of department as needed. May be cross-trained in other programs in Executive Education department. Must be able to perform duties effectively and efficiently with little supervision and provide a high level of customer service to students, faculty and outside inquiries.

Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education), and two years related experience required. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
•Three years’ experience as a classroom assistant in a related academic area, or equivalency; knowledge and understanding of a variety of teaching methods in order to adjust activities/training session to include participants; a thorough knowledge of related academic subjects in order to participate in developing classroom programs; and demonstrated knowledge of communication skills to conduct educational activities and/or training session in a clear and concise manner required. Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are also required.
•Strong familiarity with current trends in higher education, technology-based learning platforms,MBAprograms and business education, and current business and economic issues.
•Handle multiple competing demands in an organized manner.
•Work across cultures, collaborate and interact effectively and diplomatically with persons at all levels of organizations.
•Prioritize to ensure balanced and efficient workload.
•Effectively demonstrate web-based technologies one on one and to groups.
•Interact with students and alumni with a high-quality service orientation.
•Produce high quality work with speed and accuracy.
•Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and project management skills.
•Personal computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and willingness to learn new programs.
•Graduate or PhD level candidates preferred. Strong background in subject matter required. Course Topics may include Organizational Behavior, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Attention to detail. Ability to follow directions and meet hard deadlines. Ability to work independently and with others. Experience with Canvas a plus.
