Provides computer support by troubleshooting and correcting problems with computer hardware or software applications on Mac’s and PC’s.
1. Provides desktop support by troubleshooting and correcting problems on workstations; answering calls.
2. Builds and configures new systems.
3. Creates and maintains databases, network accounts, and programs for specific department needs.
4. Maintains inventory of hardware and ensures appropriate licensures.
5. Maintains user accounts and necessary login and password changes.
6. Runs departmental reports and unique programs.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Nearly Continuously: Office environment.
Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be required
Nearly Continuously: Sitting, hearing, listening, talking.
Often: Repetitive hand motion (such as typing), walking.
Seldom: Bending, reaching overhead.
Associate’s degree in a computer related field and two years of experience or equivalency recommended. Demonstrated computer skills, human relations and effective communication skills are required.
