To perform banking and clerical responsibilities to aid in the billing process.
Batching, Depositing and Mail Essential Functions:
Courier Essential Functions:
1.Courier – deliver pick-up billing items from various offices and campus locations
2.Install credit card machine for clinics
3.Maintain courier resource
Claims Essential Functions:
1.Sort claims by payer, attached needed documentation, and mail claims.
Scanning Essential Functions:
1.Scan batches and manage scanning resource.
2.Maintain scanning resource
Cash Management Essential Functions:
1.Key deposit information into Practice Management system to create payment posting batch.
