Job Summary

Selling tickets and general office duties at the Pioneer Theatre Company.

Responsibilities

Sells tickets to Pioneer Theatre Productions. Gives out information concerning Pioneer Theatre schedule and policies. Counts money collected during shift, balances it with tickets or items sold, and submits to supervisor for review. Cleans work area at end of shift. May assist at special events. Performs clerical tasks such as answering phones, responding to mail, and filing.

Minimum Qualifications

Six months cashiering experience, basic mathematical skills, and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required. Word processing and spreadsheet skills may be preferred for certain positions.

Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Preferences

Applicants who enjoy theatre, need only a part-part-time schedule, and have a very good command of the English language. Must be very customer service oriented and willing to help on all levels.
