Job Summary

Provides complex administrative support for three Oncologist at the Huntsman Cancer Institute.

Responsibilities

1- provides administrative support to three providers in a very busy setting.

2- Prepares correspondence, including composing routine letters, memos, PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets.

3- Schedules appointments and maintains providers calendar.

4 – Makes arrangements for meetings and conferences including travel.

5- Establishes and maintains confidential files.

6- Provides additional general office support such as greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming calls and processing mail.

7- Help in sending correspondence toPCPand referring physician through Electronic Medical Record System.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in business or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education) and three years full-time secretarial experience required. Demonstrated human relations and effective written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and direct supervisory experience preferred.
